1 1/2 C. rhubarb
1/2 C. butter
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. baking soda
2 C. flour
1 1/2 C. sugar
1 egg
1 cup buttermilk
1 t. vanilla




Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar and butter. Add egg and salt. Stir in milk, baking soda and vanilla. Add flour and rhubarb. Pour into 9X13 pan.
Topping:
1/2 C. brown sugar
1/2 C. chopped nuts
1/2 t. cinnamon
Mix together and sprinkle on cake
Bake 375 ° for 25-30 minutes.
