Crust:
1 1/2 C. flour
1/2 C. sugar
3/4 C. butter

Rhubarb Layer:
4 C. chopped rhubarb
1/2 C. sugar
2 T. flour

Cream cheese filling:
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 sugar
2 eggs

Glaze:
2/3 C. sour cream
2 T. sugar
1 t. vanilla







Directions:
Directions:
Combine crust ingredients and pat into 9X13 pan. Bake 15 min. @ 375°.
Toss together ingredients for rhubarb layer and pour over crust. Bake 15 minutes.
Mix together cream cheese and sugar, beat in eggs 1 at a time. Pour over rhubarb layer and bake 25 minutes
Mix glaze and pour over bars as soon as they come out of oven.
