6 medium baking potatoes
1/4 cup sour cream (light)
1/4 cup cream cheese
Salt and pepper

Optional:
4 cloves garlic, crushed or 1/4 cup cooked bacon, chopped
Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes (also garlic, if you use it) until tender, drain. Mash potatoes with potato masher; add sour cream and cream cheese, salt and pepper to taste. Stir until fluffy and serve.
