16 ounces vermicelli pasta - broken into 2 inch pieces and cooked according to package directions
1/2 Tbs. salt (or 1 Tbs. Accent flavor enhancer)
1 Tbs. seasoned salt
3 Tbs. lemon juice
4 Tbs. vegetable oil
1 (4oz.) diced pimento
1 cup green pepper - chopped
1/2 red onion - chopped
1 cup celery - thinly sliced
1 cup black olives - chopped
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Place cooked pasta in large bowl and add salt, seasoned salt, lemon juice and vegetable oil.
Stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Remove pasta mixture from the refrigerator and add diced pimento, green pepper, red onion, celery, black olives and mayonnaise.
Mix all, chill for one hour and serve.
