1 1/2 lb leftover steak cut in pcs
2 onions diced
1 tsp minced garlic
1 (6 oz) can tomato paste
2 cups beef broth
1 cup water
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp (heaping) beef Better Than Bouillon
1 pkg frozen mixed vegetables
Olive oil
Oregano
Basil
Rosemary

Directions:
Directions:
In a large sauce pan, add olive oil, onions and garlic. Cook until the onions are soft.

In a large microwave container, add the water, beef broth and Better Than Bouillon. Place into microwave on high for 2 minutes . Add the tomato paste and mix well.

To the sauce pan, add the mixture from the microwave,
the mixed vegetables and the steak.

Add the seasonings to taste and let cook for 45 minutes on a medium heat.

I then thickened the goulash like you would gravey and served it over egg noodles.
