3 c uncooked egg noodles
8 oz sliced mushrooms sautéed
7 oz container cooked roast beef au jus ( like Hormel)
8 oz container sour cream
Can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 c chopped green onions
Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta and sauté mushrooms. Cook roast beef according directions. Drain pasta and add soup and sour cream. Heat slowly for a couple of minutes. Gently mix in remaining ingredients.
