Cook sausage in nonstick skillet over med-high heat stiffing until sausage crumbles. Remove from pan, drain then press between paper towels to remove grease. Unroll dough into rectangular shape on lightly greased baking sheet. Sprinkle evenly with sausage and cheese. Beginning with long side, roll up in "jelly-roll" fashion. Turn, seam side down on baking sheet, pinching ends to secure. Cut 3 (¼ in. deep) slits across top of dough. Bake @350ºF for 30 minutes or until browned. Remove and let stand before slicing.
