Ingredients:  
1 pound hamburger
1 medium onion, chopped ( about ½ cup)
⅓ cup chopped celery
⅓ cup chopped green pepper
⅓ cup catsup
¼ cup water
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
⅛ tsp red pepper sauce, if desired for spicy taste
1 tsp salt
5 hamburger buns, split and toasted

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and stir hamburger and onion in10-inch skillet until hamburger is light brown; drain.
Stir in remaining ingredients except buns.
Cover and cook over low heat just until vegetables are tender, 10 to 15 minutes.
Fill toasted buns with beef mixture.
( I like to lightly brush top of buns with butter and sprinkle with coarse salt, when I toast them.)
Also if you like saucier Sloppy Joes, add more catsup.
