1 stick butter
½ cup walnuts
1 cup flour
1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese
1 cup confectioners sugar
1 cup cool whip
2 pkg instant lemon pudding
3 cups milk
Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, flour and walnuts. Press in a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes. Cool. Mix cream cheese, confectioners sugar and cool whip. Spread on cooled crust. Mix instant pudding and milk. Spread over cheese layer; cover with cool whip and chill.
