Ingredients: ½ box Jumbo Shells Marinara Sauce 1⅓ cups Ricotta cheese 8 oz Mascarpone cheese 1 cup Parmesan cheese 8 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded 4 Tbsp Parsley, chopped salt & pepper to taste

Directions:Preheat oven to 400º. Cook pasta according to package directions, set aside. Mix together ricotta, Mascarpone, ½ the Parmesan, ½ the Mozzarella, parsley, salt & pepper. Fill the shells. Grease a 9x13 baking dish; add half the sauce. Arrange the shells (opening up); cover with remaining sauce, mozzarella & Parmesan cheese. Bake covered at 400º for 30 minutes. |

Notes: Jumbo Shells with Cheese Filling 1 package (12oz) jumbo shells, uncooked 4 cups (32oz) Ricotta cheese 2 cups (8oz) shredded mozzarella cheese ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese 2 eggs 1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley ½ tsp salt ¼ tsp black pepper ⅛ tsp ground nutmeg 3 cups (28oz) pasta sauce Heat oven to 375º. Cook pasta according to package directions. In medium bowl stir together cheeses, eggs, parsley, salt, pepper & nutmeg. In a 13x9" baking dish spread ½ cup pasta sauce. Fill each cooked shell with cheese mixture. Layer ½ filled shells in baking dish. Spread half of remaining sauce over filled shells. Layer remaining filled shells over sauce. Spread remaining sauce over shells; sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese. Cover with foil; bake 35 minutes until bubbly.
