Corn on the Cob, in the Husk

Directions:
Directions:
Microwave up to four ears at a time for two minutes per ear. (One ear takes two minutes. Two ears takes four minutes.) The sniff tests works on this recipe as you’ll know the corn is ready because it’ll smell done. With oven mitts, remove the corn to a cutting board. Cut off the base of the cob. Remove the husks and silks. Cover with towel to keep warm til you serve it.

Personal Notes:
Thanks to Mike’s brother in law, Dr. Pat McCoy DVM for this recipe. It’s easy and the corn is perfectly cooked every time.
