1 lb cod filets
1-2 T taco season for 1-2 hours

Slaw:
Cabbage slaw TJ’s
1 lime juice and zest
1 T avo oil
Salt and pepper

Sauce:
1/4 c crème fraiche
1/4 c mayo
1 1/2 T lime juice
2 t sriracha
1 t taco season

Cilantro Lime cauliflower rice
1 T avo oil
6 c frozen cauliflower rice
2 T lime juice
1/4 c cilantro
1/2 t sea salt

Toppings:
Avocado, black beans, salsa, jalapeño, cilantro.

Directions:
Directions:
Oven 375º.
Cook fish 15-20 min.
Make the slaw and the sauce.
Cook cauli rice until tender then add other ingredients.

Assemble bowl: cauli rice, slaw, beans, fish. Toppings.
Drizzle sauce.
