2 x 12oz bags frozen sweet corn kernels
20 oz cherry tomatoes, halved
2 x 2.8 oz bags real bacon pieces
8 oz crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1/3 c. olive oil
4 Tbsp. lemon juice
4 Tbsp. white balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Prepare a cookie sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.
2. Toss corn in a bowl with about 2-3 Tbsp olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
3. Spread evenly on baking sheet.
4. Roast in oven at 425 for about 10 minutes or until just starting to brown.
5. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
6. In a large mixing bowl, combine corn, tomatoes, bacon, feta cheese, and green onions.
7. Combine remaining ingredients in blender/food processor and blend well; pour over corn mixture. Stir to combine.
8. Refrigerate at least 1 hour prior to serving.
