3 ears corn cooked and cut from cob
1 lb cherry tomatoes cut in half
1 red onion
1 yellow or orange bell pepper
1 bunch cilantro
1 bunch green onions
3 jalapeņo peppers seeded
3 avocados
Dressing
3 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp lemon or lime juice
1/4 tea salt
1/4 tea pepper
1/4 tea red pepper flakes
1/2 tea cumin
3 cloves garlic chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Chop all vegetables and mix together. Mix dressing ingredients together and pour over vegetables. Mix well taste and add more salt if needed. Refrigerate for one hour or longer.
