1 Box Devils Food Cake mix
1 Box 3.9 oz instant chocolate pudding
5 eggs
1 t vanilla
3/4 c oil
1 c sour cream or buttermilk
3/4 c brewed coffee
2 c Nestles Toll house chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients together. Add all liquids and blend well. Add chocolate chips. Bake in greased bundt cake pan at 350º for 45 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes before turning over onto cake plate.

Ganache icing:
Heat 1 stick salted butter over low heat. Add 2 T cocoa powder, 1/2 box powdered sugar, 1 t vanilla 3 T milk, 1/2 c pecan pieces. Pour warm over cake and serve warm.
