1/4 C low sodium soy sauce
1/4 C olive oil
1 TBSP dijon mustard
1 TBSP minced garlic
1 TBSP brown sugar
2 TBSP lemon juice
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp black pepper

Mix ingredients and use in your favorite recipe. This works great for beef and vegetable kabobs. Have not tried it on other meats, but it will be tasty I'm sure.
