Notes: We are fortunate enough to be able to get day boat scallops right from the boats on Cape Cod. I got this recipe from the blackboard at the Nauset Fish and Lobster Pool in Orleans. It is extremely easy to prepare and absolutely delicious. I found that I needed a little more melted butter when it came to pouring it between and around the scallops.
