1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 c butter, cold

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 ºF. Line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Whisk together the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, baking soda, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
Cut in the cold butter and ricotta cheese, until mixture is crumbly.
Whisk together egg and whipping cream and pour into a well in the dry ingredients.
Add both cheeses, then mix everything with a fork. Do not overmix.
Scoop with a spoon or cookie scoop onto the parchment paper. Biscuits can be placed fairly close together.
Bake until outside is just starting to brown and break instead of stretch when you pull them apart, about 18-20 minutes.
Brush with melted butter and sprinkle lightly with Himalayan pink salt. Serve warm.
Leftovers can be refrigerated.
