Banana Bread Recipe

1 stick butter (at room temperature)
1 cup sugar
3 large bananas (old ones are best)
2 eggs
2 cups flour
pinch of salt
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup shelled walnuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat sugar and butter until creamy and set aside. Mash bananas in separate bowl. Add eggs, flour, salt and baking soda to butter/sugar mixture and mix well. Add banana mush and mix at low speed. Fold in nuts if desired.

Bake in greased loaf pan for 55-60 minutes (depending on your oven) at 350. Test with a toothpick.
