25 oz tomatoes (any mix of color, shape)
1.5 Tbsp olive oil
2 tsp ranch seasoning, dry powder
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
2 Tbsp chives, chopped
1/4 cup basil, chopped
2 oz feta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
Combine the oil, ranch seasoning, garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
Toss the tomatoes in the spice mixture.
Spread the tomatoes onto a large rimmed baked sheet.
Roast until slightly wrinkled and deep in color, about 20-25 minutes.
Transfer the roasted tomatoes to a bowl.
Toss with the chives, basil, and feta.
