Ingredients: 5-7 lb turkey breast bone in 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil 2 Tbsp unsalted butter softened ½ tsp kosher salt or sea salt ½ tsp fresh ground black pepper 1½ tsp fresh sage chopped 1 Tbsp fresh rosemary chopped 1½ tsp fresh thyme chopped
Preheat air fryer to 400°; pat turkey breast dry with paper towels. 5-7 lb turkey breast Loosen skin of turkey; rub butter into turkey under the skin. 2 Tbsp unsalted butter Drizzle olive oil all over top of turkey; season with salt & pepper. 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil, ½ tsp kosher salt, ½ tsp fresh ground black pepper Sprinkle fresh herbs over top of turkey breast & rub in gently. 1½ tsp fresh sage,1 Tbsp fresh rosemary,1½ tsp fresh thyme Place turkey breast into air fryer; cook at 400° for about 10 minutes. Flip turkey over; reduce temp to 350°; continue cooking for an additional 40 minutes. Check the turkey at the 30 minute mark; flip turkey over one more time if the skin isn’t crisping up evenly. Use a thermometer to check the internal temp. The turkey is done when it reaches 165°. Remove turkey from air fryer; let rest for at least 10 minutes before carving.
