First layer:

½ c. butter or margarine
¾ c. sugar
2 T. cocoa
2 eggs
¼ tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
¼ tsp. baking powder
¼ c. flour
Nuts



Second layer:

3 c. miniature marshmallows



Third layer:

1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. peanut butter
1½ c. Rice Krispies

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first layer ingredients together. Spread in 9x13 pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350º. Remove from oven.

Place marshmallows over bars. Bake at 350º for 3 minutes. Remove and spread.

Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter. Add Rice Krispies and pour mixture over marshmallows. Store in refrigerator.
