1 box Milk Chocolate Brownie Mix
1 1/3 c butter
3 tbsp. water
3 eggs
1 8 oz cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 12 oz cool whip
16 chocolate sandwich cookies (oreo's)
2- 4 serving size chocolate instant pudding
3 c. cold milk

Brownie mix 1/3 c. butter 3 tbsp water 3 eggs mix well pour into 9x13 pan bake 350º 18 min or until done. Cool Completely

Mix cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth add 2 cups cool whip pour over cooled brownies

16 cookies finely crushed pour over cream cheese mixture

Mix pudding with 3 cups cold milk whisk until starts to set up good then pour over cookie crumbs
Top with cool whip and more cookie crumbs to decorate

Refrigerate
