1½ cups sticky rice
6 cups milk
½ cup sugar
6 peels from 1 orange
2 cinnamon sticks
1 stick (8 Tbsp) unsalted butter
2 ounces brandy

Directions:
Directions:
Bring rice to a boil in medium saucepan with 2 quarts of water. Drain the water. Add rice back into pot; combine with milk, sugar, orange peels, and cinnamon. Simmer until rice is tender but not blown out, 40 min-1 hour.
Remove from heat. Remove orange peels & cinnamon sticks; stir in butter & brandy. Allow to cool for at least 12 hours.
