6 large eggs, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 375. Unroll pie crust; fit into 9’ quiche or pie pan. Place parchment paper over dough; fill with pie weights or dried beans. Bake until crust is lightly browned, 10 min. Remove crust from oven. Remove parchment & pie weights; return crust to oven. Bake until baked through, 5-7 min longer. Set aside to cool.
Meanwhile, cook bacon in large skillet over med-high until crisp. Remove to paper towels to drain. Chop bacon. Cook sausage in same skillet until browned & crumbly, about 7 min. Remove sausage with slotted spoon; set aside with bacon.
Whisk together half-and-half, Miss Brown’s House Seasoning & eggs. Sprinkle bacon, sausage, ham, green onions & Cheddar evenly on top of precooked crust. Pour egg mix on top. Bake until center is set, 25-30 min. (Cover edges with pie shield or aluminum foil if getting too brown.) Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Miss Brown's House Seasoning: Makes about 5 teaspoons
Stir together all ingredients in a small bowl. Store in an airtight container.
