6 Tbsp. Cold Water
1 packet of Knox Gelatin
1 cup Hershey’s Chocolate Syrup
2 cups Heavy Cream
˝ cup Confectioners’ sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Chill bowl & beaters an hour before making.
Put water in saucepan and sprinkle gelatin on top.
Heat until dissolved. Let cool for a minute; then add chocolate syrup.
Mix well; set aside.
In large chilled bowl, mix heavy cream and confectioners’ sugar until stiff and peaks form (3-5 min.) Combine both mixes together. Chill 4 hrs.
Put in mousse cups, pie shell or on cake.
