Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 rack (3lbs) pork loin back ribs (baby back ribs)
3Tbsp Smoky Barbecue Rub
6 oz. root beer
1 cup barbecue sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Remove membrane from rack of ribs. Season both sides of ribs with the rub, then cut between bones to separate into four portions to fit into inner pot. Add root beer & ribs to inner pot of the Quick Cooker. Lock the lid, select the BEEF/PORK setting, and press START. When timer is up, let the steam release naturally for 10 min. Press the steam-release button to release any remaining pressure. Remove ribs & keep warm.* Press CANCEL. Reserve 1 cup of juices in inner pot.* Stir together barbecue sauce & reserved juices in Quick Cooker, select SEAR setting, press START. Bring sauce to a boil; cook uncovered for 5 min, stirring frequently.* Press CANCEL. Brush ribs with ½ cup of sauce. Serve remaining sauce with the ribs. Cook's Tips: The membrane on a rack of ribs is tough and holds in excess fat. To remove membrane, lay rack meaty-side down. Use tip of a small knife to gently cut under the membrane on one corner. Lift the corner of membrane & gently pull it away from the bones. To make edges crispy, brush ribs with barbecue sauce, then put them on med sheet pan. Turn broiler on HIGH; broil for 5–6 min until sauce is bubbly & begins to caramelize.
