½ cup sour cream
½ cup mayonnaise
8z cream cheese, soft
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
Dried dill weed , to taste
8oz can non-marinated artichoke hearts drained and chopped
2 baguettes crusty bread

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, cream cheese, ⅔ cup Parmesan cheese, garlic & dill weed, until smooth. Stir in artichoke hearts.
Preheat oven to 350. Cut top edge of bread loaves off & hollow out 1½ " deep to create a well for artichoke dip. Spoon dip evenly into 2 loaves. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese. Place on baking tray; bake 25-30 min.
