4Tbsp salted butter, divided
1 (1½ lb) pork tenderloin, trimmed & halved crosswise
1 tsp kosher salt, 1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp finely chopped garlic (about 2 garlic cloves)
1½ tsp all-purpose flour
½ cup chicken stock
¼ cup fresh orange juice (from 1 small orange)
2Tbsp fresh lemon juice (from 1 lemon)
1Tbsp honey
1Tbsp chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley

Select SAUTÉ setting on Instant Pot. Select HIGH temp setting; allow to preheat 2-3 min. Melt butter in cooker. Sprinkle pork with salt & pepper; add pork; cook until browned on 1 side, 5 min. Remove pork from cooker. Add garlic; sprinkle with flour & stir. Stir in stock, orange juice, lemon juice & honey. Return pork to cooker. Press CANCEL. Cover cooker with lid; lock in place. Turn steam release handle to SEALING position. Select MANUAL/PRESSURE COOK setting. Select HIGH pressure 3 min. (10-15 min for cooker to come up to pressure before cooking begins.) Turn steam release handle to VENTING position, let steam fully escape (float valve will drop). (2-3 min) Remove lid from cooker. Transfer pork to platter. Add butter; stir to melt. Stir in parsley. Slice, drizzle with sauce.
