Ingredients:
Ingredients:
6 Ears Corn (can use 4-6 ears), shucked & halved
4 cups water
½ cup heavy whipping cream (or 1 cup half & half*)
1Tbsp granulated sugar
3Tbsp salted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Peel & break corn ears in half. Plug in instant pot; add water, cream, sugar & melted butter to inner cooking pot, stirring to combine. Place corn in rings standing up to fit more. Liquid will not cover ears completely. Cover, seal the vent; set on manual high pressure for 5 min then quick release steam completely before opening lid. Remove corn with tongs; rest 5 min before serving. The corn will be delicious on its own but you can garnish with additional butter or seasoning if desired.

*If using 1 cup half & half, use 3½ cups water. Recipe should have 4½ cups total liquid. **Note that most liquid, cream, butter & sugar stay in pot.
