6oz Shishito Peppers
2 tsp Oil
Sea Salt

Grease air fryer basket and preheat to 400º. Thoroughly wash peppers.
Toss peppers with oil then transfer to air fryer basket, arrange in an even layer. Air fry for 10-15 min to desired char. Toss once during cook time. Sprinkle with salt and serve with dips.

NOTES: Dips: I serve with two types of dips.
The first is just mayo, chili powder and a squeeze of hot sauce mixed together. The second is soy sauce with a splash of toasted sesame oil topped with sesame seeds.
