2 slices of margarine
1 cup of sugar
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp. almond paste, grated
1/2 tsp. almond extract

Crumb topping:
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 stick of butter

Frosting:
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1-2 tablespoons of milk (you can always add more)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter and sugar, then beat in eggs. Add flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt, sour cream, almond paste and vanilla.

Mix together until blended, then pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 pan , or two 9" pans.

Mix Mix topping ingredients together with pastry cutter or fork until crumbly. Place on top of batter.

Bake at 350ºF for 35-40 minutes or until center is firm and outsides are browned. Cool before icing.

stir icing ingredients together and drizzle over cake.

Option: You can always sliced almonds that have been toasted to the top.
