1/4 cup brown sugar 2 tsp ground nutmeg 2 tsp smoked paprika 3 tsp garlic powder 2 tsp onion powder 3 tsp chili powder 1 12 oz can of beer 1 whole roaster chicken

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all seasons and rub all over chicken well. Add a little kosher salt once done. On a gas grill use heat not flame , light 1/2 burners. Use foil pan on cool side of grill. pour 1/2 beer in pan and stand chiken up on 1/2 full can of beer in middle of grill, legs hanging down. Cook 50 minutes or until done.
