1 egg white, unbeaten
2 c. pecans or walnuts
¼ c. sugar
1 T. cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
Mix egg white and nuts until sticky.
Coat with sugar/cinnamon mixture.
Bake on ungreased pan at 250º for 30 minutes.
