1 package artichoke hearts frozen
4 eggs
½ lb shredded mozzarella cheese
Grated Parmesan Cheese to taste, about 1 Tbsp
Bread Crumbs, flavored or otherwise

Directions:
Directions:
Boil artichoke hearts according to package directions, then drain.
Coarsest chop artichoke hearts, then sauté them in garlic and oil for a few minutes.
In a separate bowl beat eggs - add mozzarella and grated cheese. Add artichoke hearts to mixture.
MeAnwhile butter a 8-9” pie plate. Sprinkle bread crumbs tightly over bottom of pan - add artichoke mixture and sprinkle again with bread crumbs on top.
Bake 350º for 30 minutes. Cut into squares or small triangles for appetizer.

If you double the recipe you can put it in a disposable 9x 12 aluminum pan and cut it into squares to serve.
