8 pork chops, boneless center-loin
½ cup seasoned flour
4 Tbls. grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
2 tsp. garlic powder
bacon grease/clarified butter or other oil


½ cup brown sugar
1 pkg. (0.7-oz) Italian dressing mix.

Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º. Line baking pan with silicone mat.
Place the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and garlic powder in a shallow bowl.
Mix until combined.
On a shallow plate, place the flour. Place the egg/milk mixture in a shallow bowl. Using paper towels, pat the pork chops dry. Lightly dredge each pork chop in flour, then dip in the egg, coating all sides. Lastly, coat the pork chops in the bread crumb mixture.
In a frying pan, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops to the hot oil and brown on both sides.
Transfer the browned pork chops to the baking sheet. Combine the brown sugar and Italian dressing mix then place the mixture evenly over the pork chops. Bake for about 20-25 minutes.
