18 oz. dried beans, your choice
1 chopped onions
2 Tblsp. McCormick taco seasoning
1/2 Tblsp. any good BBQ dry rub
1 Tblsp. dried ranch seasoning
1/4 tsp. cayenne powder
pinch of red pepper flakes
1 Tblsp. onion powder
1/2 Tblsp. garlic powder
1/2 Tblsp. cumin
1 Tblsp. liquid smoke
2 cups chicken broth
flour tortillas
shredded cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Soak dried bean overnight covered in water. Drain the beans and set in large bowl Add chopped onions. Stir the liquid smoke into this mixture. Add seasonings and stir well. Put as many beans as you can into a crock pot add broth then fill the rest of the crock pot up to the brim with tap water. Cook on low for 8 hours
When beans are cool, take your flour tortillas, spoon some beans into them, and sprinkle with cheese. You can wrap these in foil and freeze them for later, too!
