1 cup water
1 cup sugar
3 tbsp corn starch
6 tbsp strawberry jello
1 pound strawberries cleaned and sliced
1 9" deep dish pie crust, baked OR 12 individual graham cracker mini pie shells
whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Blend sugar, cornstarch, and water together in a saucepan over medium heat

Cook stirring constantly until the glaze becomes thick.

Add strawberry jello to the glaze and stir to combine

Place drained strawberries into the pie shell(s) then pour the strawberry glaze over the berries

Chill at least 2 hours. Serve with whipped cream

my personal favorite is graham cracker individual shells. They usually come 6 to a pack and this recipe takes 12 of the shells
