Directions:Preheat the oven to 200C. Firstly, to make the Savour bake, Pack in the cheese and pour over the wine and cream, top with the ham and bake on the top shelf of the oven for 15 minutes. Drizzle the sourdough in olive oil and bake or grill until crisp. Next for the Tamworth baked cheese, slice the top off of the cheeses and pop each one into a 10cm round ovenproof dish, 3cm deep. Crack over the black pepper and stud with garlic and rosemary and place on the middle shelf of the oven. Bake for 10 mins. Place the halloumi onto a griddle pan, drizzle in oil and cook on both sides for 1 to 2 minutes. Finally for the elmhurst cheese, fill a small pan one-third full with oil and heat to 170c. If you are using vine leaves wrap the 2 pieces of cheese in them, dip in flour, egg and then the breadcrumb mixture and fry in the hot vegetable oil for approx. 1 minute until golden and crispy. |
