4 boneless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
Seasoning Mixture:
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Sauce:
4 cloves minced garlic
1 1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon fresh parsley (for garnish)

1. For seasoning mixture, mix flour, paprika, oregano, onion powder, salt and pepper together in a small bowl.

2. Rinse and pat chicken breast dry with a paper towel and rub with seasoning mixture.

3. Melt butter and olive oil in large skillet on medium heat.

4. Once skillet is heated, add chicken breasts and cook, flipping every 4-5 minutes.

5. When chicken is cooked through and golden brown, remove from skillet and set aside on plate. Cover with foil.

6. Sauté garlic in skillet. In a bowl, whisk cornstarch in chicken broth until dissolved. Add mixture to skillet, along with heavy whipping cream, lemon juice, and thyme. Let simmer for a few minutes until sauce thickens.

7. Place chicken back into skillet, reduce heat to low and pour sauce over chicken with a spoon before serving.

8. Garnish with fresh parsley (optional)
