- 1/2 cup pineapple juice (I've use orange juice too)
- 1/2 cup low sodium soy
- 1 T ground fresh ginger
- 1 lime (zest and juice only)
- 1+ lb large sea scallops
- 3 T sesame seeds (for garnish)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine juice, soy sauce, ginger, lime zest & lime juice. Add the scallops, turn to coat and set aside to 30+ minutes
2. Place the scallops on your grill - inside or outside, individually or on metal or water soaked wooden skewers. Your choice
3. Grill scallops until they are lightly browned and no longer translucent (about 2-3 minutes per side)
4. Serve by sprinkling sesame seed and, if you want, some chopped green onions
