8oz. Unclooked elbow or large macaroni noodles.
12oz can Evaporated Milk
2 cups Whole Milk
2-4 tbls butter, melted.
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 large eggs, beaten
2 cups Shredded Triple Cheddar Cheese Blend
3 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese Shredded, divided
Dash of Paprika

Directions:

1) Coat 3-4 quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Add uncooked macaroni, evaporated milk, whole milk, melted butter, salt, pepper, and eggs.

2) Stir in all cheese except 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese.

3) Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese and a dash of paprika over the top

4) Cover and cook on low for 3-5 hours. Do not overcook.
