1 - 3 oz pkg any flavor Jello
3-1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup sugar
1-1/2 cups butter
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract

Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2-3 tbsp half n' half

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Line your baking sheets with parchment paper. Whisk flour, salt and baking powder together, set aside. Beat butter, sugar and contents of the Jello pkg together until fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Gradually add the flour mixture, until the flour is completely incorporated.

Drop by teaspoonfuls onto baking sheets, 2" apart, or press through a cookie press. Bake about 8 minutes or until edges begin to brown.

Remove to cooling racks, immediately drizzle with glaze.

Glaze: Whisk together the powdered sugar, vanilla and half n' half until smooth.
