2 Packages Nestle Chocolate Chips 12oz
2 Sticks Butter
2 Cups Powdered Sugar
3 Eggs, Separated
1 Box Vanilla Cookie Crumbs
1 Gallon Ice Cream
Directions:
Directions:
Melt Chips, butter and Sugar together in double boiler
When cooled, mix in 3 egg yolks, then fold in 3 stiffly beaten egg whites
Pour mixture over cookie crumbs that have been spread out in a large pan
Spread Ice Cream over this then put in freezer for at least 15 minutes but preferably longer

If you have some chopped pecans, top it with them before it goes in the freezer and everyone will hug you.
