6 oz. pkg. Nestle chocolate chips
1 T. sugar
2 egg yolks
2 egg whites
1/2 pint whipping cream
10-12 oz angle food cake

Directions:
Directions:
Melt choc. chips over low heat. Add sugar and egg yolks and beat well. Cool. Whip egg whites 'till stiff. Whip cream and fold in chocolate mixture and beat well. Fold in whipped egg whites. Break cake into bite sized pieces. Put layer of cake into 9x9 or 9x11 in. baking dish. Put layer of chocolate on top and then another layer of cake and the rest of the chocolate mix. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Chill before serving. You may make ahead and freeze or make a day ahead and refrigerate overnight.
