1 ( 3-4 lb) chuck roast
1 packet ranch dressing mix
1 packet au jus gravy mix
1/4 cup butter
4-5 peperoncini peppers

Directions:
Directions:
Place roast in a slow cooker and sprinkle top with ranch dressing and au jus mix. Place peppers and butter on top of mixes. Cook on low heat setting for 8 hours.
