8 eggs
1 cup milk
1/3 cup flour
1/4 cup onion
1/4 cup green peppers
1/4 crispy bacon
1/4 sausage
1.5 cups favorite cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1)Preheat oven to 350º
2)Line 12x16 pan with parchment paper. Spay with Pam.
3)Sauté vegetables until done.
4)Whisk eggs with flour and milk.Pour egg mixture into parchment lined pan.
5)Sprinkle sautéed veggies, cooked meats evenly over egg mixture.
6)Add 1/2 cup of cheese over top.
7)Bake for 14 mins until the edges are nearly set
8)Top omelette with remaining cheese and bake an additional 2 mins or until the cheese has melted.
9)Roll omelette while it's still hot out of the oven. Rolling the long side, peal the parchment paper back on the corner of the shorter
Side. Peal the parchment paper off as you roll the omelette onto itself. Ending with seam side down.
10)Place the omelette roll on a platter and cut into slices .

Add any meats or veggies you like, just avoid stuffing the omelette too much or or will be until to roll.
