1 container (15 oz) ricotta cheese
3 cups (12 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese, divided
2-3 jars spaghetti sauce
1 package (10 oz) frozen spinach, cooked and drained well
9 lasagna noodles, uncooked

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ricotta cheese, spinach, one half of mozzarella cheese, and 1/4 cup parmesan cheese together. Set aside. Layer sauce, 3 noodles, and 1/3 of ricotta mixture in 13”x9” baking dish. Repeat layers twice, ending with sauce. Top with remaining mozzarella and 1/4 cup parmesan cheese. Bake at 350º for 55 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing/serving. Makes 6-8 servings.
