6-8 pound Turkey Breast.
Brining (2 gallons water, 1/2 Cup Salt/Tony's/Seasoning Salt & Garlic).
1 Bottle Tony's Injections.
2 T Seasoning Salt.
2 T Tony's Seasoning.

Directions:
Directions:
Place Turkey in 5 gallon bucket.
Pour Brining Mixture over Turkey.
Cover with ice and marinate 8 hours.
Drain and Dry Turkey.
Inject with Tony's.
Rub in Tony's and seasoning salt.

Deep Fry 325 4 mins per pound. Add 5 mins.
Example for 7 pound Breast (7X4=28+5)
Total Cook Time 33 mins. Check Temp
with meat thermometer 165 degrees.
