1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 t. margarine
2 t. oregano
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 can sliced olives, drained
1 lb. sausage, browned
12 oz. spaghetti
2 c. grated cheese
1 can cream mushroom soup
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, saute onion and green pepper in butter till tender. Add tomatoes with liquid, mushrooms, olives and oregano. Add sausage. simmer for 10 minutes. Place 1/2 spaghetti in greased 9 x 13 pan. Top with 1/2 of vegetable mixture then top with 1/2 cheese. Repeat layers. Mix soup and water till smooth. Pour over casserole. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Bake for 30- 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
